HnayaDM is a product of Ibdanet LLC. These terms define acceptable use of the hosted HnayaDM service.
The Service
HnayaDM is a product of Ibdanet LLC.The service answers Instagram comments and direct messages on behalf of a business, recommends products from the business's own catalogue, and records cash-on-delivery orders.
Authorized Use
You may use HnayaDM only with Instagram professional accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the catalogue, prices, keywords, messages and automated replies you configure, and for fulfilling the orders the service records for you.
Platform Compliance
You agree to follow Meta Platform Terms, Instagram policies, applicable messaging rules, privacy laws, advertising rules, and anti-spam laws. HnayaDM only replies to people who contacted the business first. HnayaDM may rate-limit, pause, or disable automations that create compliance, abuse, security, or deliverability risk.
Availability
HnayaDM depends on third-party platforms including Meta, email, hosting and AI model providers. We work to operate the service reliably, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Automated replies can be wrong; the business remains responsible for what it sells and at what price.
Open-Source Core
HnayaDM is built on OpenReply, which is MIT licensed. The hosted service, support, the AI agent and order features may be provided separately from the open-source core.
