Data Deletion
HnayaDM is a product of Ibdanet LLC. Use this page for Meta App Review and customer requests about removing HnayaDM account, workspace, Instagram, conversation and order data.
Disconnect Instagram
Sign in, open Settings, and select Disconnect. This removes the stored Instagram connection token and stops all automated replies for that workspace.
Delete Workspace Data
To delete workspace, automation, conversation, order, log, webhook, and operational diagnostic data, write to support@hnaya.me from the email address used to sign in. Include the workspace name and the Instagram username connected to the workspace.
Customers Of A Business
If you messaged a business that uses HnayaDM and want your messages or order details removed, write to support@hnaya.me with the Instagram username of the business and your own username. We will remove the data we hold and forward the request to the business.
Verification
We may ask you to verify control of the email address or connected business account before deleting data. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days unless retention is required for legal, fraud prevention, or security reasons.
