HnayaDM is a product of Ibdanet LLC. HnayaDM helps businesses answer Instagram comments and direct messages and take cash-on-delivery orders, through the official Meta APIs.
Who We Are
HnayaDM is a product of Ibdanet LLC. Ibdanet LLC is the data controller for the hosted service at dm.hnaya.me. The company address and contact email are in the footer of this page.
Data We Collect
We collect account email addresses for authentication, workspace metadata, connected Instagram account identifiers, encrypted Instagram access tokens, automation settings, webhook payloads, comments and direct messages needed to reply, product catalogue and FAQ content the business uploads, order details customers give in conversation (name, phone number, wilaya, commune, address), delivery logs, and operational diagnostics.
How We Use Data
We use this data to authenticate users, connect Instagram integrations, match comment keywords, generate and send replies through the official Meta APIs, record orders for the business that owns the conversation, prevent duplicate sends, troubleshoot failures, and protect the service. Message content is sent to an AI model provider only to produce the reply; it is not used to train models.
Instagram And Meta Data
HnayaDM does not ask for Instagram passwords, scrape Instagram, or use browser automation. Instagram tokens are encrypted at rest and are used only to perform actions authorized by the connected business account. We only message people who messaged or commented first, and only within the windows Meta allows.
Subprocessors
The production service runs on a server rented from a hosting provider in Germany, with PostgreSQL and Redis on that same server. We also use an email delivery provider for sign-in links and an AI model provider (Anthropic) to generate replies. These providers process data only as needed to run the service.
Retention And Deletion
Businesses can disconnect Instagram from settings, which removes the stored Instagram connection and stops all automations. For account or data deletion, follow the Data Deletion page linked from the footer.
